Paul Virilio (1932. – 2018.) bio je francuski kulturni teoretičar, urbanist, arhitekt i filozof. Najpoznatiji je po svojim tekstovima o tehnologiji i njezinom razvitku u odnosu na brzinu s različitim referencama na arhitekturu, umjetnost, grad i vojsku. Virilio je bio plodan kreator neologizama, od kojih je najpoznatiji njegov koncept “Dromologije”, sveobuhvatnog, prožimajućeg zapisa brzine u svakom aspektu života.

Nakon što mu je majka Alenka predala oltarni križ, fr. Drago je započeo euharistijsko slavlje u zajedništvu s brojnim sabranim vjernicima.

U homiliji je don Petar uvodno potaknuo mladomisnika da se nadahnjuje riječima Svetog pisma, pogotovo riječima Evanđelja koje je bilo pročitano na misi. Istaknuo je da fr. Drago treba biti sol zemlje i svjetlo svijeta u današnjem svijetu.

“Poput Krista koji je došao dati oslobođenje i mir svakom čovjeku tako i mladomisnik nije pozvan biti samo svećenik vjernicima nego i onima koji su daleko od Boga ili u njega ne vjeruju”, istaknuo je propovjednik, dodavši da je biti svećenik u Sloveniji, a i u Europi izrazito teško jer ljudi ne vide jasno te im je potrebno svjetlo Evanđelja da bi jasnije vidjeli.

Pri kraju propovjedi u svjetlu Evanđelja protumačio je mladomisničko geslo „Uzdaj se u Gospodina i čini dobro“. Pozvao je mladomisnika da svoj život stavi u potpunosti u službu Crkve i bude svet svećenik po Isusovu srcu, po uzoru na sv. Dominika.

Every day, the faithful participated in the mass, during which Father Mandurić gave a thematic sermon and exhortation, which was followed by adoration and blessing with the Most Holy. All groups of believers were included in the program of public missions and spiritual renewal, as well as this year’s engaged couples, for whom an engagement course and wedding preparation was organized for the first three days. Also, Father Mandurić was available for personal meetings with the faithful.

The first three days of Mass and the sermon were at St. Mary’s Church in Geislingen. Back in the thirties of the last century, Josip Bužan worked as a drawing professor in Tetovo, who lovingly passed on the knowledge and education acquired in Venice to future generations, as evidenced by recognitions and journalistic articles from that time. The exhibition was also visited by Biljal Kasami, the mayor of the municipality of Tetovo, representatives of the Art Gallery – Hamam Tetovo, members and associates of MHD, as well as a large number of citizens. The event was enriched by the performance of guitarist Stefan Volchevsky with the performance of Croatian and classical songs.
